MK FollowUp Pro can be described as a subjects (projects, files or dossiers) management tool. It is based on the following simple concept: to handle a subject, a set of actions has to be executed. When there are no planned actions for this subject, it is considered as handled and it has to be closed. It is also possible to attach a set of relevant documents to each subject.
MK FollowUp Pro helps you organize your subjects and reminds you WHICH ACTIONS must be taken for each subject, WHEN they must be done and by WHOM. You can easily find the history of actions taken for each subject. MK FollowUp Pro also helps you access quickly the relevant documents of each subject.

These are the main additional features:
A critical or a future action can be transferred to other actions list with a simple click.
For each action, a date can now be selected graphically. This can be done by choosing a date in a calendar.
It is now possible to have a Web Link or an FTP location as an attached document.
If the attached document is a file or a directory, their selections are now simplified using an “open file” and “open directory” windows.
Minor bugs have also been corrected.
Limitations : Actions can be grouped in a maximum of 5 subjects.
